How long will the entire process take to complete?
Generally the loan process will take 30 days or so, although every situation is different. We try to complete each transaction in the shortest period of time possible.
Are there fees associated with the closing?
Every individual loan scenario is different depending on the needs of each client. Some loans will have fees and others will not, but each loan is done with an eye toward fair and equitable terms for every loan we originate.
